Mr. Shirakawa engaged himself in the general manager of the major foreign sports brand in Japan after his former career at the leading advertising agency, and then started his own company, F Co., Ltd. In his previous job, as the project leader of FIFA World Cup, he led the project to success and built up the established position for the brand. Moreover, in the field of fitness, he successfully committed himself to tap the new market and built up the brand value, then achieved 50%+ growth in both sales and profits since taking his post. In particular, he expanded the company’s own channels like direct managed stores and EC stores to more than five times scale and established them as the major selling channel. He has high management know-how from tapping new markets to planning and implementing business plans based on his marketing perspective.
Mr. Kawai is the former marketing director of the leading foreign sports brand. With his marketing-based perspective, he led the Running, the hovering category, to accomplish the double-digit-growth every year and contributed to establishing its position as the major brand in the market. Moreover, as the digital marketing director, he promoted a digital shift of brands and led a way to enhance brand engagement.
Later, Mr. Kawai, as the marketing director, supervised all the marketing communications functions including branding strategy, marketing investment strategy planning, digital, promotion, OTC sales promotion, and led the established position as a top brand. His becoming an independent, Mr. Kawai engaged in the consulting business of strategy and marketing, gaining the extensive knowledges to other industries like entertainment, fashion, retailing, education other than sports.
Ms.Kubota, after her former career at the leading advertising agency, was in charge of event PR and marketing as the public relations manager at the foreign sports brand. At the numerous global sports event including FIFA World Cup, Olympic, World Athletics Championships, Ms.Kubota successfully contributed herself to penetrating the brand message and enhancing the value through her public-related activities for the world class athletes and enterprises. Later, she started her position to supervise the fitness division.
With the excellent contribution to Lifestyle x Sports Culture for Japanese women and fostering trends, and the knowledges about wellness trends including fitness, mindfulness. She also has the extensive network with professionals among media, sports, fashion industries.
Keisuke, after his working career in the business development division of the leading advertising agency, launched his own advertising enterprise that owns production function, offering ads to Europe and Americas for domestic and foreign national-flagged enterprises. His activities cover a broad range including casting artists and athletes, publishing books, hosting record companies, filmmaking, organizing large-scale music festivals. Awarded record at the International Film Festival. Joined F in 2020. He is recently involved in DIY at home, gardening and customizing his motorcycle.
Mio, after gaining experience at a major general public relations agency, became independent. Engaged in planning and progress of creation and promotion, planning and development, and management centered on SNS under clients such as cosmetics makers, start-up companies, and major advertising agencies. The industries and scales of the projects she is involved in are diverse and based on the experience gained in each area, can understand the issues of our clients in different areas and propose solutions.
Prisa worked for a major consulting firm and a major advertising agency before becoming independent as an account director / producer. She produces a wide range of business strategy consulting for major clients and large-scale advertising production regardless of ATL / BTL. She specializes in diversifying global communication from Japan by fusing Japanese-English bilingual language skills with cultural bilingual skills gained from her experience living abroad. From her diverse experience, she leads clients and staff to success with optimal stuffing and optimal direction.
Graduated from Department of Business Administration in the Faculty of Business Administration. Engaged in playing soccer from 3 to 22 years old, and currently involved in golf. His daily routine is to practice putting upon getting up at 5 am in the morning. Primary work includes analysis and research of social media, operation of FSM (the group of student marketers), and operation of Internet advert.
One of his favorite words is “If you can do whatever you want and acquire creativity, every chimpanzee should have creativity in them. We, humans, have a WILL. Hence, we need to be persistent in our own wills that we really want to” by Eiichi Shibusawa, the Japanese industrialist. Motivation and potential are the best in class in the world.
